La’Tresa M. Jester is an innovative and results driven servant leader, a visionary, a uniquely purposed thinker, captivating speaker and entrepreneur who serves as the senior pastor of Gideon Baptist Church located in Tucson, Arizona.  Her mission is to develop and inspire ‘Better’ through purposeful relationships, one person at a time.  

La’Tresa Jester has had the privilege of serving as many firsts in the state of Arizona.  2008, she was recognized by the National Baptist Convention, USA, as the first African American female installed as a Baptist Pastor in Arizona. She was confirmed as the first female to serve as President of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance (IMA) of Tucson.  She was appointed the first female to serve in Arizona as District Overseer of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.  In 2017 she completed the formal episcopal training process and was consecrated to the Office of Bishop in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, International as the State Bishop of Arizona. Bishop Jester has also been granted the honor of serving as the Director of Disaster Services under the umbrella of Full Gospel Cares. 

La’Tresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Ashford University and a Master of Science in Leadership degree from Grand Canyon University; and has over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Throughout the last 15 years she worked for a national faith-based organization traveling across the country training on the importance of disaster preparedness and response with a focus on the faith community. 

In 2014 La’Tresa launched a ministry entitled “Grown Women Real Talk,” a ministry focused on giving a voice and solutions to the challenges of being a woman in church with real struggles. Real Talk blossomed into the non-profit “Intentional Living In Victorious Excellence” (iLIVE). In 2016, she authored her first book “iLIVE Without Excuses.”  Her second book “He Didn’t Marry the Bishop” released in July 2018.

La’Tresa was born and raised in the desert of Tucson, Arizona as the 10th of 12 children She has been granted the privilege of being a life partner to her husband, Bryan Jester.  God has honored them with four beautiful daughters and six grandchildren. 

Apostle Hope Benn was born on June 1st in Los Angeles California. She was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1980 at the Greater Bethany Community Church, where the Honorable Bishop R.W. McMurray   was the Pastor. It was under the leadership of the Honorable Bishop R.W. McMurray that Apostle Benn acknowledged her call to the ministry and began to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Apostle Benn is the proud mother of two wonderful children, Gerald Jr., and Ashley Vlynn. In 1998, Apostle Benn received an Associates degree in Biblical Studies from the Ministerial Training Institute, in Azusa California. In July of 2012 Apostle Benn received her Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies from Aenon Bible College.

By the grace of God, Apostle Benn has been given the opportunity to minister at various conferences, prayer breakfast, retreats, and revivals throughout the United States. In 2017 God spoke to Apostle Benn and, “HOPESPEAKS” was birthed. This is a worldwide ministry with the assignment to see souls saved, to empower lives, bring hope and restoration to those who have affected by domestic violence, build up those who have been bound by low self-esteem, as well as empower those seeking to fulfill kingdom purpose and destiny. January 2006 Apostle Benn, began to serve as the Senior Pastor of Connection4Life World Outreach Ministries located in Lancaster, California, where she had the honor and privilege of serving God’s people there as Pastor for 7 years. On July 16, 2010 Apostle Benn was ordained a Pastor by the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World Inc.  On September 20, 2015 Apostle Hope Benn was consecrated as an Apostle by the New Life Worship Center located in Tucson, Arizona. July 2019 Apostle Benn was certified as a Genesis Change Recovery Coach and currently serves on staff at the Gospel Rescue Mission Women Recovery Center in Tucson Arizona. Finally, it is Apostle Benn desire to have the testimony as Enoch had, that she would walk with God and be pleasing in His sight.

Amanda is also a trainer, DISC facilitator and coach, and has been a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator for organizations across the country including clients such as NASA, Department of Defense contractors, Government Agencies, Nonprofit Organizations, and other industries. She is also published author of over 25 books and workbooks including How to 

Unlock Your Full Potential: 11 Keys to Leader Success, Authority of a Leader, and her newest book, Astronomical Leadership. 

Arthur is an ordained minister, visionary, entrepreneur, consultant, and empowerment coach who received two Master’s Degrees from Oral Roberts University and is currently working on his doctorate in organizational leadership with emphasis in Christian ministry at Grand Canyon University. He is a Licensed Professional and National Certified Counselor and the founder of New Destiny International and Kingdom Advancements in Tucson, AZ. He is also the author of the book called 7 points of Evaluation: A Guide to Unlocking the Greatness Within. 

     Arthur served his country as an Officer in the United States Air Force Reserves for 34 years and is now retired. He has also completed extensive study in the areas of leadership and team development. Arthur has provided corporate training, consulting and coaching for organizations as diverse as the USAFR, psychiatric hospitals, and leading clergy from around the country.

            He is an empowerment coach to mid-level and beginning entrepreneurs, pastors, and organizational leaders. Providing them with the tools to manage the expectations of those above and below them as they “Maximize to Mobilize” (M2M). He has provided hundreds of presentations to ministries of all sizes such as Windsor Village UMC in Houston, TX and to organizations such as Raytheon in Tucson, AZ. His humorous, yet no nonsense approach will provoke personal change, create fertile atmospheres for growth, empower people, and deal with difficult situations as he challenges each participant to move from a place of comfort to their own “Empowerment Zone” (EZ).  His past creative experience on television, radio, and the performing arts, on both local and national platforms only enhances his ability to reach a variety of audiences and “keep it real.” He and his wife Glenda share in the joy of their three daughters as they serve God and fulfill purpose by loving, educating, and empowering themselves, their family, and others to “live the life they were created to live.”

Kerriann Page is the President/CEO of All My Children Daycare Center, Executive Director of the Charles E Travis Foundation for Community Enrichment, founder of International Women’s Empowerment Network and KNT Consulting.

Kerriann earned her BA in Business Administration & Management from Robert Morris University in Chicago, while on a full athletic scholarship as a 3-sport athlete. As an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Mrs. Page touts over 15 years of in depth human resources and organizational development experience. Her areas of HR expertise include recruiting, non-profit management, labor negotiations, medical/healthcare talent management, training, leadership coaching, and Diversity Inclusion/EEOC/AAP & OFCCP Compliance. Mesha’el Marsia-Shannyse Tigney-Taylor affectionally known as Coach Me was born a Creative at Heart to Apostle Arthur and Prophet Glenda Tigney. Founder and Director of Creative Awakening an Artistic Expose she has diligently worked to bring and expose the arts as a means of positive change in social and spiritual causes. Her energetic personality and love for God has been seen in her work and passion for dance and the arts even as a little child.

Her passion to provide solutions for everyday people, especially young adults has shaped her development as a Ministry Leader at New Destiny International, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Human Capital Coach and Staff Sergeant in the United Air Force Reserve.
